Light Up Snowman

Here is a simple yet pretty winter decoration. All you need is a jar, some paint, fabric, and a light. Paint the jar white. I would recommend using a jar with no raised lettering. You don't want writing on your snowman. Once it dries you can use black and orange paint to give him a face. Then let the face dry.

Wrap a strip of fabric around to be the scarf. Make a tube slightly bigger then the top of the jar out of the fabric. Fold the bottom up into a cuff. Gather the top up into a poof.

 You can then put lights into the jar if you would like. You can use a string of lights or a battery operated tea light.
