My name is Karen. I love making things.. and really I mean everything. I like to craft, draw, paint, garden, woodwork, play with clay, cook, sew, work on cars... the list just goes on and on. Basically if I think I can make something the way I see it in my head or I can make something cheaper then I can buy it then I will probably be doing that. I am also extremely cheap. Don't get me wrong I will spend money on things I think are worth it. I think I just have quite a different view on what things are worth spending money on.
I am from the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania. I love being in the middle of no where. Being able to make noise and go play in the woods or get out the dirt bike whenever I would like. It is also where my family is. I have an amazing fiance who has always supported my weird hobbies, even the ones that he does not like. He built me a pottery wheel, got me a kiln for a present, and will take trips to pick up wood that I cannot carry myself. He also puts up with all the messes I make while making things. My parents taught me so much of what I know. My mom is an amazing cook and gardener. When I was growing up she let me use room as my little "art studio" and put up with me taking things she was going to throw out because "I can make something out of that". My dad covers the other end and can build or fix anything from houses and furniture to cars and machines.
